Development Strategy

Apart from the responsibility of training Vietnamese language and culture for foreigner students, Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language also takes in charge of training the bachelor programs of Vietnamese Studies for both Vietnamese and foreign students.

In the school year of 2009 – 2010, Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language enrolled the first year students of Vietnamese Studies. At present, the faculty has 250 Vietnamese students with four years. In addition, the faculty continues the necessary schedule to ask the leaders for allowance of training the graduate program of Vietnamese Studies.

This project will allocate the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language the greater responsibility and bigger difficulties and challenges which require all staffs of the faculty to make harder efforts in research and training; in order to make Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language become one of the top training centers in major of Vietnamese Studies both domestically and internationally as Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Education of Training, Nguyen Thien Nhan said in the visit in USSH.
